A new family gets in touch. Adds them to the pipeline with two fields. The process starts with no email, no paper.
Checks the overdue drafts. Delfim has a draft over 48 hours old. Sends a message directly from the platform.
Speech and Language Therapist
Opens "My Day". Sees the 5 morning sessions in order. The first card shows the action points from the last session with that student. Arrives prepared.
